LANDLORD

Chaffers have looked after our rental property for several years. We have always received an outstanding professional service from them and in particular over the last few months when their advice and tenacity has been invaluable. We would highly recommend them as letting agents and would like to thank all the team for their dedication.

She went above and beyond to help us get around a few obstacles to allow us to move into our property. Any questions we had she was only to happy to help even if I asked a silly question i wasn’t made to feel silly! Was an absolute pleasure in meeting Emma and she made our whole process easy. I had an excellent experience with Chaffers Shaftesbury, and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to rent in the area. A special thank you to Emma, who truly went above and beyond to help me secure a lovely property in Templecombe. From start to finish, she was professional, responsive, and incredibly supportive. She took the time to understand my circumstances, kept me well informed throughout the process, and made what can often be a stressful experience feel smooth and reassuring.

My wife and I met Annabel to view a property we all quickly determined would not work for us. Annabel immediately made several very helpful suggestions on where we could and should focus our hunt in both the local and wider area. She was professional, very helpfully, very knowledgeable and very pleasant to speak with. We’re hoping to find somewhere where we can again work with her as we continue our search.
