BOP Torrington Tenancy HealthcheckWhy?When asked in the last 12 months to re-let property for new landlords - 100% of cases were found not to have any, or all of the legal documentation required, in order to legally let the property - risking invalidating the tenancy agreement and forfeiting the landlords rights, with potentially £63,250 in finesand or a prison sentence!
