If any relevant person withdraws from the application, fails a Right-to-Rent check, provides false or misleading information, or fails to sign a tenancy agreement the Holding Deposit may be withheld by the agent. All applications must be completed within 14 calendar days unless otherwise agreed in writing.If a Tenant wishes to terminate their contract early they would remain liable to pay all rent due until the start date of a replacement tenancy.
