APPLICATION DETAILS
Tender offers are to be submitted to Edwin Thompson LLP no later than 12 Noon on Monday 12th October 2026

CONDITIONS OF TENDER
1. All tenders must be submitted in writing.
2. The owners do not bind themselves to accept the highest or indeed any Tender.
3. The decision of the owner is final and binding.
4. Maximum of 4 sheep per acre.
5. The taker is responsible for ensuring fields are stockproof.
6. The taker is responsible for arranging water to fields which have no water supply.
7. The taker is to not apply any fertiliser, sprays or dip sheep on the holding.
8. The agreement can be terminated by either party giving 7 days notice.
