Tenancy: This property will be let on an Assured Periodic Tenancy (APT) in accordance with current legislation. The tenancy will run on a rolling basis rather than for a fixed term.

Holding Deposit & Referencing: To begin the application process, prospective tenants will be required to pay a holding deposit equivalent to one week’s rent to reserve the property whilst referencing and pre-tenancy checks are completed.
