The next door along is the kitchen, this has been fitted with a modern white suite and a wooden styled work top. With spaces allocated for your washing machine and fridge freezer this is a very nice space to cook and prepare your daily meals. The gas central heating boiler is located in this room and has a remote control for added convenience.

The living room is next and is a very large room which will easily fit a two seater and three seater sofa plus a table and chairs, and opens out to the private and large rear garden and patio area. So if you are currently working from home this is a very spacious area. Decorated in white and has lovely grey carpets as does the rest of the property.

The last room is the king size bedroom with a view of the gardens, this is a very good sized room too. A large bedroom suite will fit happily in this area.

All rooms have double glazed windows and are heated by gas central.

The property has a stunning paved large garden, easy to maintain and a lovely little sun trap.

The property has on road parking and you will need a parking permit from the local council. With walking distance to some incredible views of the English channel and to the local shops this property will suit anyone working from home in these odd times.
