The street is a bit dull due to lack of shops nearby and HS2 construction taking bulk of space. But I am surethats temporary.

Super quick and always helpful. The repair portal works great.

Nothing specific. I wish the rooms were a bit bigger.

The Collective has very good transportation links, with easy access to the Bakerloo and Central lines as well as the Overground. Although there aren't many restaurants, cafés and pubs locally, neighbourhoods like Kensal Rise, Ladbroke Grove and Queen's Park are relatively easy to get to. There is a bit of traffic noise, particularly because my room faces Old Oak Lane.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
I haven't raised many issues except once when I first moved in, and their response was fairly quick.

One thing I wish I had known before I moved in is that you can actually meet lots of great, like-minded people and form deep connections here.

The worst thing so far is the traffic noise and no ac in the corridor which is very difficult in the summer

The overall area is great! Beautiful walks and so close to town for everything you need! It’s such a friendly and safe area for families and I often have chats with all the dog walkers throughout the week. It’s a very pleasant community to be a part of.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
They have been amazing, no major issues just the odd snag here or there and they have always got back to me within a few hours with a solution or fix!
