Description
Description - Halls are delighted to offer 3 Chorlton Mews, in Chorlton, Malpas for sale by private treaty.
Situation - Chorlton is a small and attractive rural hamlet situated in the beautiful south Cheshire countryside, close to the village of Malpas. The area is characterised by scattered farmsteads, traditional country properties and open farmland, providing a peaceful and picturesque setting whilst remaining conveniently placed for local amenities.
The surrounding countryside offers an abundance of opportunities for walking, cycling and enjoying the outdoors, with the rural lanes and footpaths providing access to the attractive landscape of the Cheshire Plain. The elevated position of the property also provides particularly attractive views towards the Welsh Hills.
Despite its rural setting, Chorlton is conveniently located for access to Malpas, Whitchurch and Wrexham, whilst Chester and Nantwich are also readily accessible by road.
The historic village of Malpas lies close to the Cheshire/Shropshire border and provides an excellent range of everyday amenities. The village centre has a selection of independent shops, cafés, pubs and local services, together with schooling and other community facilities.
Malpas is surrounded by attractive open countryside and has a strong village community, whilst its position provides convenient access to the larger centres of Chester, Whitchurch, Wrexham and Nantwich. The A41 is readily accessible and provides good connections to the wider regional road network.
The combination of its historic character, excellent local facilities and surrounding countryside makes Malpas a particularly popular location for those seeking a rural lifestyle without being too remote from larger towns and cities.
Directions - From the village of Malpas drive on the Wrexham Road and after about 1 mile turn right signposted Chorlton & Shocklach. Follow the road for about another mile and turn right just by Chorlton Village Hall. The entrance to the Chorlton Mews is on the right after about ½ a mile. Turn right by the Chorlton Mews sign and follow the drive round to the property.
