    Sept 2026

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The area is well connected and convenient, with shops, restaurants and transport options close by. There is naturally some activity and noise at busy times, but overall I enjoy the location.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

I raised concerns about an unpleasant smell from the drains and fridge after moving in. The team were made aware of the problem, and I appreciated being able to raise the issue with them directly.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I would recommend checking the apartment carefully when first moving in and reporting anything that needs attention straight away. Apart from the initial cleaning issue, my experience has been positive.
