There are corner plots.

And then there are corner plots that actually give you some land.

This is the second one.

1 Green Hill Gardens is a three-bedroom detached bungalow sitting on a genuinely good wraparound plot, hidden behind mature hedging and feeling far more private than you’d expect this close to the centre of Minster.

Now, the obvious bit.

The owners are in the building game.

So naturally, their own house is about 70% finished.

Some of it has been done really well. Some of it still needs finishing. The kitchen is in, but flooring and a few final bits still need sorting.

Good. Bad. Slightly ugly.

But underneath all that is a very solid opportunity.

Because some of us are terrible at visualising.

Minster itself is one of those places that just works.

You’re right in the village, so pubs, shops and restaurants are within easy walking distance, but you’re also brilliantly placed for Birchington, Margate, Ramsgate, Broadstairs and the A2.

Canterbury, Whitstable and Herne Bay are all easy enough too.

Village life without disappearing off the map.

For us, this one is simple.

It isn’t finished.

But it could be very, very good.

And at this price point, with this plot, this much privacy and a detached bungalow sitting in the middle of it all, we don’t think it has much competition.

Someone just needs to pick up the baton and finish the job.
